Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 19, 2026

Nantucket Looms LLC (“Nantucket Looms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://www.nantucketloomsinteriors.com/ (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, which third-party services may process information through the Website, and the choices you have.

Information You Provide

We collect information you give us directly when you:

  • Submit our contact form;
  • Request information or interior design services;
  • Subscribe to our email newsletter; or
  • Communicate with us through the Website.

Our contact form may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, project description, type of home, project location, budget, desired start date, requested services, and anything else you choose to provide. Our newsletter form collects your email address.

Contact form submissions are sent to our business email and may also be stored in the Website’s WordPress database through our form-management tools.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, our hosting, security, and consent-management providers may automatically receive limited technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, requested pages, referring page or source, date and time of access, and security-event information.

Analytics and advertising providers may also receive information about visits and interactions as described in the Google Analytics and Google Ads section below. As of the Last Updated date, the Website does not use Microsoft Clarity or UET or the Meta Pixel.

Cookies and Consent

The Website uses necessary cookies and similar technologies that support security, form protection, and consent management. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies or similar technologies associated with Google Analytics and Google Ads. Necessary technologies may operate without optional consent because they are needed to provide and protect the Website.

We use CookieYes to manage cookie preferences. Where a cookie banner applies to your location, it appears on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings button on the Website, where shown, or through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer. CookieYes stores your preference in a cookie named cookieyes-consent (or a similarly named CookieYes cookie) for up to one year.

CookieYes may also record consent details such as the consent ID, date and time, status (accepted, rejected, or partially accepted), category preferences, country, and a partially masked IP address. Under our current configuration, consent records may be retained or exportable for up to one year. CookieYes processes this information under its privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising technologies include Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Klaviyo’s onsite tracking. How they work depends on where you are:

  • Outside the United States, and in California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Washington: these technologies are off by default. They load only if you accept them through the cookie banner.
  • In Washington, DC: these technologies do not run.
  • In all other US states: these technologies are on by default, and no cookie banner is shown. You can opt out at any time through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer.

Wherever you are, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these technologies do not run, even if you accept them in a cookie banner. See the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control section.

CookieYes estimates your location from your IP address. If you use a VPN or are traveling, the settings applied may be those for a different location.

If you opt out or withdraw consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads stop right away. Klaviyo’s onsite tracking stops from your next page view. The exact cookies and identifiers used may change as providers and configurations change, and we may update the cookie list and settings accordingly.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the Website works.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to help us understand how visitors find and use the Website and to measure Website performance. GA4 may process information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, operating system, referring source, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, scrolling, outbound link clicks, and other interaction events. Google may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to provide these services.

Our GA4 property is linked to Google Ads. We may use Google Ads to measure advertising performance, attribute visits or inquiries to advertisements, and record conversions. Depending on the features enabled and your consent choices, Google Ads may also support audience measurement, personalized advertising, or remarketing. Information processed for these purposes may include online identifiers, advertising or click identifiers, device and browser information, Website interactions, and conversion events.

Google processes information under its Privacy Policy. You can learn about Google’s advertising controls at Google Ads Settings and about the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Your choices in our cookie settings and a Global Privacy Control signal control whether these technologies run, as described in Cookies and Consent. Your browser settings may also affect them.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interaction data to determine whether a request is legitimate. Cloudflare processes this information as a service provider for security purposes, not for advertising. The Website is not otherwise delivered through Cloudflare’s proxy network. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Google Fonts

The Website loads certain fonts from Google servers. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the page requesting the font. See Google’s privacy policy.

Font Awesome

The Website also loads icons from Font Awesome’s servers. When your browser requests those icons, Font Awesome may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information.

Adobe Fonts

Our newsletter sign-up form loads fonts from Adobe Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Adobe may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the page requesting the font. The sign-up form and these fonts load only when Klaviyo’s script loads, as described in Email Newsletter. See Adobe’s privacy policy.

Email Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is sent to our email-marketing provider, Klaviyo, so that we can manage the subscription and send messages you requested. Klaviyo’s script, which also displays our newsletter sign-up form, loads only when analytics cookies are allowed under the settings described in Cookies and Consent and your browser does not send a Global Privacy Control signal. When it loads, Klaviyo may set cookies to recognize your browser, record pages you view, and connect that activity to your subscriber profile. Otherwise, Klaviyo’s script does not load and the sign-up form is not shown. You can still subscribe by contacting us. Klaviyo processes this information under its privacy notice. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages about an inquiry or service you requested.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to that signal, and the Website does not respond to it.

Some browsers and browser extensions send a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser, wherever you are. When we detect it, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Klaviyo’s onsite tracking do not run, even if you accept them in a cookie banner.

When we detect a GPC signal, the Website footer shows that your opt-out request has been honored. In US states where no cookie banner is shown, the cookie settings panel shows this too.

The cookie banner, cookie settings, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, and your browser controls are the other choices we provide for cookies.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Website;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested interior design information or services;
  • Send emails you have subscribed to receive;
  • Improve the Website and our services;
  • Detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Website and our business, including providers of website hosting, WordPress and form management, email delivery and marketing, consent management, form security, and technical support. The principal Website-related services are described above.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our users, or our property.

We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on how Google Ads features are configured and how applicable law defines these activities, the use of advertising identifiers, audience features, or remarketing may be considered targeted advertising or the sharing of personal information. Where applicable, you may opt out through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer, by using a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or by contacting us.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
  • Access your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information;
  • Withdraw consent;
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request; and
  • Exercise these rights without discrimination.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity by matching the information in your request with information we already hold or by asking you to confirm through the email address associated with your request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denial, you may appeal by replying to our response.

California Residents

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, California residents have the rights described above. In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers and contact information, project and service-request information, internet or other electronic network activity, approximate location, and advertising or analytics identifiers. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the Google Ads features used and how applicable law defines those activities, advertising measurement, audience features, or remarketing may be considered sharing or cross-context behavioral advertising. Visitors we identify as being in California see a cookie banner, and analytics and advertising technologies stay off unless you accept them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off even if you accept them. You can withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings button, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer, or by contacting us. You may submit a request by email or telephone using the details below, or through an authorized agent with appropriate written permission.

Visitors Outside the United States

We do not direct the Website specifically to visitors outside the United States. Analytics and advertising technologies do not run for visitors outside the United States unless they accept them through the cookie banner. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with its own privacy law, we may process information based on your consent, the performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website and responding to inquiries, and our legal obligations. Information may be stored and processed in the United States. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent and may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, providing requested services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it for the subscription. CookieYes consent records are retained under the current configuration as described in the Cookies and Consent section.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Websites

The Website links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

Children

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above.
